M4L device - Disable on export

Simple device to disable a plugin during export. It works with groups too. 

Collaboration is welcome but the device is available for free. No need to put a real email.

Note :

• Because it was unreliable to detect export fast enough, the tricks I use is to disable the device and enable it only during playback (checking first if it's not in export mode). It is working great this way. 
• You can group various plugins if you want to, them put the M4L left of your group rack.
